If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a basic haircut. I asked for it to framed around my face and instead I got a chopped disaster. Employee didn’t even say she was sorry. Manager had to come over and “try” to fix. I left the salon crying. Ended up going to another salon and paying 50 bucks for it to get fixed. Had to get another 3 inches off my hair in order for it to be fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Trustworthy hairdressers, I’ve been seen by several different women there and they all do a good job. They do exactly what I ask, they repeat it back to me and clarify, they keep notes on EVERYTHING you like, want, and prefer.

There’s some good stylist here but I’ve also had some not so good. For the cost of a men’s cut here I shouldn’t have to fix my hair aftwards. It would be nice if you could request stylist when checking in online. I will be looking for somewhere else to get a cut.Haircut

I went to Great Clips for a haircut today. My hair is terrible with bad texture and hair loss due to a chronic disease and to some medications I have had to take. I did some research and went in with an idea for a hair style. The stylist told me that she didn’t think it was a good idea because my hair would look patchy. I let her cut my hair the way she thought was best and I am so happy with the results! I am very grateful for her frank assessment of the situation and her help in fixing the disaster that was my head! She demonstrated both compassion and a no nonsense approach to the situation. And I got all this at the amazing Great Clips price. Thank you!

Visited this place twice now and both times went well. Not only is Montanna a cutie pie she also cut my hair perfectly both times. Explained how I wanted it the 1st visit and the 2nd visit 6 weeks later she remembered.

My husband and I went without checking in online because I didn’t want to download the app so we had a 35min wait which was no big deal. Just means it’s a popular place. My stylist did well at straightening up my hair because it had been over a year since my last cut. My husband had told his stylist that he wanted to keep his hair linger on top but it ended up shorter than he wanted.

I’ve been going here since they open doors pretty much and always was happy of the results but now I went in yesterday and they didn’t even pay attention to my picture I showed them the girl went to cutting hair way she thought it was done. I got one side longer then other and none of my hair even looks like the picture at all. If they don’t want to lose a customer who been there since open then they best fix my hair for free since they can’t hire girls with enough experienced to know to listen to client to what they want done if they can’t do it have someone else do it. Also never speed thru it cause it never turns out point blank.
